The orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of payment received, except for skateboards, which take up to 7 business days to produce.

We are unable to accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an exact delivery date because it depends on customs, as well as the postal service in each country.

We want you to be stoked. If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return them to us within 14 days, in the condition that you received them. We will happily process your refund*.

*To be eligible to return your purchase, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, containing all the stickers.
If you desire to return an item or report an issue, it must be done within 48hrs of receiving your package, with any returns to be finalised and posted back to us within 14 days.

Our return policy only lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed from receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
